As a charity, our main objective is to engage the wider public in those concerns. We believe that with wider knowledge and awareness everyone will join us in working for uplands that are better for nature and for people.

Our main activities are events: Hen Harrier Days and other activities that seek to promote that wider awareness and engagement.

But this website also seeks to be a resource for all about the reality of how our uplands are managed, and how damaging that is to our wildlife and to our environment. There

All our work, and that of others sharing the same goals, is grounded in the science. But there is no central inventory of that science and so we propose to develop that over time.
